CARRIER ARBITRATION SERVICES

[FOR CARRIERS] For $300.00 per year, you will be enrolled in our service. Being enrolled has you registered in a neutral arbitration service built, engineered, and routinely intended to keep you in compliance with your duty to offer arbitration. Once our service is retained, we will authenticate your federal compliance and readily certify your involvement with us to extend arbitration services in any damage, delay, tort, contract, or other regulatory compliance claims of a shipper and carrier. We are available to confirm your position with the agents of the Department of Transportation.
[FOR SHIPPERS / CARRIERS] Whether you are contacting us as a shipper or as a carrier, we will put your case in the hands of an arbitrator that will impartially, professionally, and with jurisprudence assess your case, the facts, and the law to enter a decision consistent with the Congressional intent and regulatory power of the Department of Transportation.
SERVICES: Although most arbitrations can be handled by submission of briefs, you will be offered an opportunity to physically proceed with a live arbitration, call witnesses, and coordinate with the local state or federal courts to compel attendance of witnesses and use the subpoena powers available to all litigants. Our services start at $500 (total cost) for an arbitration, with prices up to what could be $700 per hourĀ for a retired judge to hear your arbitration.
Our service is routinely seeking qualified, intelligent, and competent arbitrators that hail from the courts, justice system, regulatory boards, private practice – attorneys and business experts, and others to provide a meaningful opportunity to engage in a meaning hearing.
